Why not have 50% to 70% discounts like other furniture stores? |

Today's consumers are smarter than most retailers give them credit for being. It doesn't take much figuring out to see that a retailer offering huge discounts is inflating their prices first, we don't do that. We figure a reasonable markup over what the product actually costs and that is what you will find marked in our showroom and online. Nothing tricky going on here. |

Can I return a product? |

Our products are guaranteed to have the best quality. All shipments are inspected before leaving our warehouse. Only in the event that something is damaged during transit or manufactured defective, we will accept any merchandise for replacement or store credit, but we must be notified as soon as you receive your merchandise and you must note on shipping documents that goods are damaged!
Call us, and we will work with you to arrange return/replacement. Any returns must be authorized and have a return number that we will give you! |

The delivery times are very for different products. Please call or email us to make sure that the item is availibale. All custom order items will take some time, but the reward is that you get a product exactly to your design needs. |
